With the Custom Duration feature, you have the flexibility to include multiple durations for each service and assign unique prices to each duration. This allows you to tailor your offerings to meet the specific needs of your customers. With our service, you have the flexibility to customise the durations to suit your needs. Customers can choose from a range of pre-defined options or stick with the default duration.
To activate this feature, navigate to Services and select Edit service. From there, you can enable the option labelled “Custom Duration.” Here, you have the option to easily add various durations for your service by clicking on the “Add duration” button. Additionally, you have the option to specify the exact amount of the deposit for each duration.
As you may be aware, our solution offers a wide range of features and functionalities. One of these features allows for the setting of specific prices for services based on staff members. Rest assured, this feature is fully compatible with the functionality you are currently using. In addition, it is possible to assign different prices for different time periods and staff members.
When customers use the booking panel, they will be presented with a custom duration popup if the selected service offers multiple durations. You can also choose to stick with the default duration if you don’t want to select a specific one.
