While mySched Appointment Booking Solution is suitable for businesses of all types, certain businesses may need specific forms to streamline their processes. For example a strategy you can implement is requesting your clients to complete specific fields prior to their scheduled appointment. Alternatively, you may request your client to submit a specific document through the system prior to scheduling an appointment. Perhaps you could consider asking customers for the links to their social media accounts. Alternatively, you may consider requesting them to complete a brief assessment prior to the scheduled meeting.

mySched Appointment Booking Solution has created a Form Builder to address these issues. Additionally, there is no requirement for any coding or HTML knowledge to construct these personalised forms. You won’t have to worry about using up extra disc space with the integration of popular third-party form solutions.

Whether the customer schedules an appointment through the booking panel or a staff member manually creates an appointment from the admin panel, the details provided in the custom forms can be shared with both staff members and customers using specific techniques. Custom form information can be seamlessly integrated into various fields, such as notifications, invoices, Google Calendar events, and order descriptions. This ensures that keywords are strategically incorporated throughout the content. Upon examining the keywords, it becomes apparent that each custom form is associated with a distinct keyword.

Conditional Fields

You have the ability to specify when certain fields should be displayed based on specific conditions. Our product offers a superior and more extensive range of conditional fields compared to any other options available in the market. Conditions can be applied to nearly all fields. There are numerous coding terms that can be applied in this context. For a quick illustration, you have the ability to create a form and manipulate its visibility and values based on the status of a specific checkbox. Now, let’s take a look at how it functions through screenshots. Now, we can start by creating a checkbox/radio field to provide customers with options.

Next, we can add two more form fields based on the responses provided by the customers.

option yes
option no

You have the option to configure the form fields to be visible exclusively in the admin panel, ensuring that they do not appear in the booking panel when customers schedule appointments. When staff members add or edit appointments, they have the option to fill out these form fields based on the details of the appointment. Perhaps it can ignite a positive outcome in the workflow 🙂 Each custom form has its own unique shortcode that you can include in your workflow action content. Simply add the {appointment_custom_field_ID} shortcode to your content. Make it visible in the admin panel by setting it to only be visible there.By setting it as Hidden, this form field will only be displayed based on specific conditions.
