With mySched Appointment Booking Solution, customers have access to a wide range of features that empower them to personalise the booking form according to their preferences. You have the ability to personalise and modify almost every aspect of the booking widget. With our advanced customisation options, you have the ability to personalise every aspect of your booking panel. From adjusting the colours to adding extra forms, you can tailor the booking form to your exact specifications. Additionally, you can easily enable or disable certain features, rearrange the booking steps, and even have the form display with pre-selected options such as service, staff, and location. The possibilities for customisation are endless.

By default, the Information section of your booking form displays four forms. Name, Surname, E-mail, Phone number. If you prefer, you have the option to merge the Name and Surname fields into one field. In addition, you have the option to make the E-Mail and Phone sections optional fields. If the provided information is insufficient, you have the option to request more details from your customers. The information provided can vary based on the nature of your business. You have the ability to request a wide range of information using the rich forms inputs. We have a total of 11 inputs for you to choose from.

  • Label  – This field will not contain any labels that are desired in your form. There will be no functionality available. You can simply add text labels.
  • Text input  – This input can be used if you want a brief information about customers consisting of a short sentence or a single word.
  • Text area – If you require more information, this entry will be suitable for you.
  • Number input – If you want your customers to let you know any number, this input is exactly what you are looking for!
  • Date input – Your customers can send you information including birth date or any other date with the help of this form.
  • Time input – Do your customers need to tell you any additional hours? You can use that input!
  • Select – This input allows your customers to choose from multiple selections.
  • Checkboxes –  Checkboxes adds the checkboxes that customers marks on to your form. It can be used for terms and conditions.
  • Radio buttons – Using the radio buttons, you can ask your customers to choose from multiple selections.
  • File – Do customers need to send you any files? It can be an image or any file. You can determine the file format.
  • Link – You can use this field if you want to add a link to your form.
  • Email – You can add an Email field to your Information section and request the additional email address from your customer. Notifications can be sent to this email address automatically.
  • Phone – You can add a Phone field to your Information section and request the additional phone number from your customer. Notifications can be sent to this phone number automatically.

By utilising the mySched customisable booking widget feature, you have the ability to modify the appearance of your booking panel. Within the Appearance module, you’ll find a selection of 7 themes to choose from. These themes allow you to customise the colour scheme to perfectly align with your business branding. Additionally, you have the freedom to select any theme from the available options and customise it to your liking. In addition, you have the option to design a unique theme and personalise the colours to suit your preferences.Customise the height of your booking panel and choose from a wide range of Google Fonts to enhance your booking panel. You have the flexibility to customise the colour of any element in the Booking panel to your liking. With the colour selection being dynamic, it becomes much easier to customise to your liking. You’ll find the booking panel view conveniently situated on the right side of your screen, providing you with a real-time preview of your customisations.

In addition, if you would like to incorporate personalised codes into the booking form, you have the option to do so using the Custom CSS feature.Feel free to customise the booking panel to your liking by utilising custom CSS codes. Your CSS codes added through the Custom CSS section will remain intact even after updates. This feature offers a wide range of classes, allowing for extensive customisation options.If you require assistance, Custom CSS can be utilised to completely modify the appearance of your booking panel.

Reorder the booking steps

To make an appointment, the booking form consists of 7 simple steps. However, it is not crucial to utilise every step unless it is absolutely necessary. For instance, if you only have one location and staff, you have the option to conceal these steps from the booking form. Additionally, feel free to rearrange these steps based on the specific needs of your business.To accomplish this, you have the option to rearrange the order by simply dragging and dropping the move icon.This sorting change will not add any complexity to the system. Once the staff selection is complete, only the services associated with that staff will be displayed. Similarly, when a service is chosen, only the staff members who provide that service will be shown. The Date and Time step can be described in a similar manner. Once a date is chosen, the booking panel will only show the staff or services that are available for that specific date.If there are any steps that you don’t need, you have the option to disable them. However, please note that the date, time, and information steps cannot be turned off, although you can hide all the other booking steps.
