Based on the range of services you provide, you have the flexibility to offer your customers the option to schedule appointments for a single occasion or for multiple days.
Let’s consider a simple example: imagine you’re a yoga instructor who offers weekly classes to your clients. Customers have the convenience of scheduling appointments for the upcoming weeks with just one booking, eliminating the need to make a new appointment every week. The recurring Appointments feature is versatile and can be utilized for a wide range of services, not limited to just yoga services.
Additionally, there are numerous time intervals available for you to consider and schedule. You have the flexibility to determine the duration of appointments and the frequency of recurring appointments. You no longer need to schedule individual appointments or go through the same process for each appointment.
In addition, your Google Calendar will automatically save recurring appointments. When the customer’s recurring appointments happen to overlap with another appointment, our system automatically takes care of resolving this issue.
So how do you set up Recurring Appointments?
Recurring appointments come in three different types: Daily, Weekly, and Monthly. Each of the three types appears in a unique format on the booking panel. You have the option to set a fixed full period and fixed frequency for all three types of recurring events.
Recurring appointments that occur on a daily basis
When setting a recurring appointment as a daily type, we specify the number of days the appointments will repeat within the specified start and end times.
Recurring appointments that occur on a weekly basis
When setting a recurring appointment on a weekly basis, we specify the specific day of the week for the appointments to be repeated within the designated start and end times.
Regular monthly appointments
When scheduling recurring appointments on a monthly basis, we have the flexibility to select specific days within the designated start and end times. We have the ability to select the specific days for creating appointments.
Another option is to offer your customers the choice to pay for all appointments upfront or to pay for each appointment individually.
