Dashboard Tutorial

Welcome to the Dashboard, your hub for quick access to essential information, conveniently located as the first menu item on the left side. Let's dive into the features of your Dashboard.

Dashboard Overview

Upon accessing your Dashboard, you will be greeted by widgets displaying today's appointments, durations, revenue, and new customers. These widgets default to today's data but can be adjusted to show yesterday, tomorrow, this week, last week, this month, or this year using the filters provided. Alternatively, you can set a custom date range.

Below these widgets, you'll find quick stats for appointments including pending, approved, canceled, and rejected. To the right, there is a graph and a mini calendar for a visual representation of your schedule.

Note: The mini calendar will not display future appointments if set to the last year. Selecting the current year will allow you to see upcoming appointments.

Share Your Page

At the top of your Dashboard, you'll find the "Share your page" link:

Share Your Page

Clicking this link will present a slide with your page's URL, which you can share via email or download as a QR code. You can also distribute your page's QR code physically to reach your customers more effectively.

Moreover, integrating the mySched booking panel into your website is straightforward. Simply insert the provided iframe code into the desired location on your site, and it will seamlessly integrate.

At the bottom of this section, the Customer Panel URL will be shared with you. If you choose, you can allow your customers to log in and manage their appointments, making the customer panel a highly useful tool for your users.
