Creating a Service
Access the Services tab from the left menu or click the create service link in the fifth step of the Starting Guide.

The service addition screen opens in a graphical view for ease of use. If you prefer, you can switch to the LIST VIEW by clicking the button at the top right of the screen.

The list view appears as shown below.

Next to Categories, click the “+” button to add a category. Enter a category name and click the green checkmark to save your service category.
After saving your category, click the “+” button next to it to add a service to this category.

Continue with the Service button and you will encounter the following screen:

Service Details:
- Service Image: Upload an image for the service which will appear on the booking screen.
- Set colors for calendar: Choose a color for appointments of this service to appear on your calendar.
- Service name: Enter the name of the service.
- Category: Assign the service to a category.
- Price: Set a fee for this service.
- Duration: Determine the total time required for the service.
- Time slot length: Specify the gap between time slots.
- Buffer time before and after: Set the necessary time before and after the appointment for preparations and clean-up.
- Custom Duration: Add multiple durations for each service and set specific prices for each.
- Hide price/duration in booking panel: Toggle these options if you prefer not to display the service price or duration on the booking widget.
- Recurring: Allow customers to book multiple appointments in one booking session.
- Description: Enter a description for the service.
Time Sheet
Configure specific timesheets for weekly schedules and special days in the time sheet tab of the service addition screen.
Extras
In the Extras tab, you can add additional services, such as a hair washing service following a haircut.

When adding an extra service, specify a name, set the price, duration, and upload an image.
Settings
In the settings tab of the service addition screen, set payment methods, how long in advance bookings can be made, and limit booking days to determine how far in advance appointments can be booked.

Booking Limiter
With the booking limiter feature, you can set appointment limits for customers and services.

- Appointment per customer: Set limits on the total number of appointments a customer can book within a specified duration.
- Allowed capacity: Maximum number of appointments a customer can make.
- Duration and Interval: Specify the length and the unit of time for the booking limit.
- Service booking limit per time period: Set the maximum number of appointments for this service within a certain time period (daily, weekly, monthly).
- Allowed capacity and Interval: Specify the maximum appointments and the time frame for these limits.
Finalize the service creation by clicking the Add Service button.
