In Mysched, all customer data is securely stored in the database. You can export this data to an Excel file at any time or import new customers from a CSV file.

📄️ Share Your Page

At the top of your Dashboard, you'll find the "Share your page" link:

With the Recurring Appointments feature, you can allow your customers to choose multiple days while booking their appointments. Depending on the services you offer, you can provide the option for customers to make appointments for either a single day or multiple days.

📄️ Group Appointment

The Mysched Appointment Booking system makes it effortless to set up Group Appointments with the maximum capacity for each timeslot.

📄️ Multi-Level Categories

The Multi-Level Categories feature in the Mysched Booking Appointment Management System allows users to request appointments from different employees who provide a variety of services. This categorization is essential for gaining deep insights into customer experiences, identifying emerging market trends, and analyzing competitors' activities. Such data-driven insights enable you to make timely business decisions that can place you ahead of your competitors.

📄️ Bring People with You

Mysched includes a Group Appointments feature that allows more than one customer to book the same timeslot for a service. If your customers prefer not to attend their appointments alone, they can easily bring additional people without needing to book separate appointments for each person. The "Bring People with You" feature enables your customers to select how many individuals they wish to bring along.

📄️ Change Appointment Status via Link

Mysched allows you to send a link to your customers and staff members that enables them to change appointment statuses automatically. This feature makes it easy for staff and customers to approve, cancel, or update the appointment status without needing to access their staff dashboard or customer panel.

📄️ Sign-in to Mysched

Mysched offers a seamless and user-friendly sign-in process for different types of users, including system administrators, staff, and customers. The platform provides dedicated sign-in pages to ensure that each user group can easily access the features and functionalities that are relevant to them.
