The Booking Limit Manager feature in Mysched allows you to have complete control over the booking process by setting specific limits for appointments at various levels, such as locations, staff, services, and customers. By implementing these limits, you can prevent overbooking, optimize resource allocation, and ensure a smooth flow of appointments. Whether you run a multi-location business or manage a team of staff offering different services, the Booking Limit Manager provides the flexibility needed to customize your scheduling strategy.

Location-Specific Booking Limits
Why It’s Important:
For businesses with multiple locations, managing bookings across different sites can be challenging. The Location Booking Limit feature allows you to set individual booking limits for each location, preventing overcrowding and ensuring optimal service quality at every site.
How to Set Location-Specific Booking Limits:

Accessing Your Locations:
- Navigate to the Locations section from the Mysched admin panel.
- A list of all configured business locations will be displayed.

Selecting a Location:
- Choose the specific location for which you want to set booking limits by clicking the 3 dots next to that location, then select Edit.

Configuring Booking Limits:
- Switch to the BOOKING LIMITER tab.
- Specify the maximum number of bookings allowed for that location within a defined time frame (e.g., per day or per week), as well as the capacity limit.
- Click Save to apply the changes.
Example Scenario:
Imagine you run a chain of fitness centers with different capacities at each location. You can set a maximum of 50 bookings per day for the larger location, and 30 bookings for the smaller one, ensuring that no location gets overcrowded and service quality is maintained.
Staff-Specific Booking Limits

Each staff member in your business may have different availability or workloads. The Staff Booking Limit feature allows you to tailor booking limits for individual staff members, preventing burnout and ensuring balanced workloads across your team.
How to Set Staff-Specific Booking Limits:

- Navigate to the Staff section from the Mysched admin panel.
- A list of all staff members will be displayed.

- Choose the staff member you want to set limits for by clicking the 3 dots next to their name and selecting Edit.

- Switch to the BOOKING LIMITER tab.
- Specify the maximum number of bookings allowed for the staff member within a specific time frame (e.g., per day or per week), as well as the capacity limit.
- Click Save to apply the changes.

A massage therapist in your spa may only handle a limited number of appointments per day due to the physical nature of the work. You can set a limit of 5 appointments per day to ensure they are not overbooked and can maintain high-quality service.

- Choose the service you want to set limits for. In List View, click the 3 dots next to the service, then click Edit. In Graphic View, click the pen icon to edit the service.

- Specify the maximum number of bookings allowed for that service per time frame (e.g., per day or per week), and the capacity limit. You can also limit the number of bookings per customer for that service.
- Click Save to apply the changes.

In a beauty salon, hair coloring services may require more time and resources compared to simple haircuts. You can set a limit of 3 coloring appointments per day while allowing up to 10 haircut appointments to balance the workload and resource usage.
Customer-Specific Booking Limits

To maintain fairness and ensure that all customers have equal access to your services, the Customer Booking Limit feature allows you to set global booking limits for customers. This prevents certain customers from monopolizing appointment slots and ensures that all clients have a chance to book their preferred time.
How to Set Global Customer Booking Limits:

- Click on General Settings, then select Booking Limit Manager.
